Our Staff

Sutton Nursery School has an experienced and friendly staff, which is trained and qualified to a minimum of Level 3. The nursery encourages staff to update their knowledge and skills regularly, through recognised training programs in areas such as First Aid and Food Safety.

Through a combination of our staff training policy, our low staff turnover and our high 'staff to children' ratio (which exceeds the basic OfSted requirement and ensures individual attention is given to each child's needs and development), Sutton Nursery School has built an excellent reputation for providing high quality induction.
